CONTROL PANEL UNIT: AACTVision wireless, battery operated security system control panel.

The CONTROL PANEL is designed for construction, commercial and residential security applications where video verification is needed or desired.

The control panel is powered by four 3.6-volt lithium batteries that can last up to four years, depending on the amount of system activity. A built-in siren provides status beeps and alarm sounds. The alarm system has the option of running as a silent alarm as well. Connection to a phone line for system reporting is provided by an RJ-31X phone jack is an option not a requirement.

A dual-tamper function is active whether or not the system is armed. An alarm occurs if the control panel cover is removed, or if the control panel is removed from the mounting surface.

Supervised Wireless Technology:
The Control Panel, along with all AACTVision devices utilizes Patented S2View®—Spread Spectrum, Videofied, Interactive, AES Encrypted Wireless technology, providing optimum signal integrity and security. Bi-directional RF communications paths between all system devices and the system control panel. Radio jam detection identifies deliberate jamming of the system from outside parties and is communicated to the Central Station and reported as a “trouble” in order to take appropriate action. Integrated antennas eliminate protruding wires or rods that may be cumbersome when installing, unsightly to consumers, and eliminate damage leading to potential system communication problems.

Supervision is accomplished by signal transmissions every eight minutes between each system device (excluding Key fobs) and the control panel. These signal transmissions identify the unique identification code along with the current open/close state, tamper condition, serial number, manufacture date, software revision and battery status.
